How does a typical session work?
A typical Theta Healing session will involve the practitioner tuning into what work is needed in order to resolve the issues you are experiencing. The practitioner may start muscle testing you to check for negative beliefs, feelings and programmes within your subconscious and start releasing them replacing them with empowering ones. The practitioner will usually do this by sitting opposite you in with your hands placed gently into theirs.

How many sessions will I need?
Theta Healing really is the fastest healing technique on the planet. How many sessions you need will depend on what you are wishing to resolve. Where a specific emotional or personal issue can be resolved in one session, a specific area of your life that needs to be resolved may take a few.

What should I do to prepare for my session?
It is important to be fully hydrated, this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is important to. You need to be there for you and not because someone wants you to be there.

Who teaches the courses?
Our Courses are taught by either Errol Campbell or Kristen Schmid and sometimes taught by both together.

Where are the courses held?
The Majority of our London courses will be held at the Maria Asumpta Centre in High St Kensington or the Columbia Hotel in Lancaster Gate. Other courses will be held within the town centre of the location it is in.

How much do the courses cost?
The cost of the courses differs and can be found by clicking on the relevant course above.

What concessions are available?
We have concession spaces on all of our courses that are given at the Instructor's discretion. Please contact us to apply for a concession.

How should I prepare for my course?
An open mind and willingness to grow are great things to bring to the course. Be prepared to meet like minded people, share experiences and have lots of fun along the way. It is advised to bring a water bottle and pens and a pad if you’re a keen jotter. Other than that be prepared to experience a weekend that will far exceed your expectations.
